Questions we get about new hire kits

Is there a minimum?

No. Kits ship one at a time from our warehouse, so a team hiring three people a month works the same way as one hiring three hundred.

Can it connect to our HR software?

Yes. A new hire in your HRIS triggers a kit to their address. The same connection runs anniversary and milestone gifts later.

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes, worldwide from our warehouse. Shipping is quoted in the proposal before you approve anything.

How fast can the first kits land?

Mockups within one business day, a sample in hand around week two, and the first kits about two weeks after you approve. Rush is available on almost everything.
