Blackwing Volume 458 (Set of 12)

The Blackwing Volume 458 is a set of 12 balanced graphite pencils created as a tribute to birding. Each pencil has a gradient finish inspired by one of four North American birds: the Clark’s Grebe, Mallard, Green Jay, or Black Rail. The set includes three pencils in each design. The number 458 is stamped in black foil, referencing the estimated number of migratory bird species that regularly travel through the United States and Canada.

It can be engraved or printed with your logo. The distinctive finishes and thoughtful story make this set a strong client thank-you for writers, designers, and anyone who appreciates putting pencil to paper. It also gives recipients a reason to pause, look closer, and keep a quality pencil within reach for notes, sketches, and ideas throughout the day.
